Forklifts and electric control system of self-diagnosis and LCD

Electrical control is an important factor of electric off road rough terrain forklift technical level display. Thus, with the development of electronic technology, battery electric forklift is also maturing. Development of motor controller mainly through the following stages:

Gate drive current is small, good control characteristics in parallel, the forward voltage drop is small, reducing the switching loss, MOS FET better than the control characteristics of a bipolar transistor. By reducing the components, and a fully enclosed device reliability are increased. Outlet voltage is usually SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) controller for 1 ~ 1.5V, while the MOS FET controller socket voltage 0.25V. Higher efficiency MOS FET tube, the greater the maximum allowable speed, smaller operating noise, stronger protection measures, so the user has the power to protect against short circuit devices, and has a unique three security measures, namely automatic protection software, hardware, automatic protection and self-diagnostic hardware protection.
